Pantheon Infrastructure has appointed Link Group as its fund administrator, registrar and company secretary, following its £400 million initial public offering in November last year and admission to the London Stock Exchange.
Several Link Group businesses will support Pantheon Infrastructure’s activities.
Link Fund Solutions supports more than £160 billion of fund assets across Europe and Australasia, and will provide fund administration services to Pantheon Infrastructure.
Link Group’s Company Matters, which provides company secretarial services and corporate governance advice, will act as company secretary, while the group’s corporate markets team will provide registrar services as part of the appointment.
Gordon Shaw, managing director of Link Fund Solutions, said: “This partnership will expand our relationship with Pantheon Ventures and be able to offer our expertise to enhance and support the activities of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc.
