Firms included in the ranking have a European presence and operate cross-border under the well-established UCITS Directive and alternative investment regulations.

The survey captures a comprehensive view of AUM, covering a wide spectrum of products – from actively managed retail funds and ETFs to segregated mandates catering to institutional investors. This ensures the most inclusive and representative dataset available.

Data for the Top 200 & Top 50 is sourced from official, publicly available firm documentation or directly supplied by the firms themselves, ensuring credibility and consistency.

While reporting periods may vary, the vast majority of data relates to those published for the end of Q4 2025, and our methodology is designed to maintain accuracy and comparability across firms.

All AUM values are reported in euros to enable consistent benchmarking. Where necessary, conversions are based on the data collection period, Q4 2025.
