Amsterdam-based Kempen Capital Management has hired Charlotte Tyrwhitt Drake as business development director.
Tyrwitt Drake was appointed to the newly created position to assist its fiduciary management offering to UK pension funds.
She was previously associate director at Cambridge Associates.
Johan Cras, managing director at Kempen, said Tyrwitt Drake’s past experience in the field of alternatives and solutions underlined Kempen’s commitment to the UK market.
Kempen has over £45 billion (€51 billion) in assets under management, including fiduciary management clients who represent approximately 70% of its business.
