Flexstone Partners, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has appointed Samira Boussem as MD and head of sustainability in France from January 8, 2024.
Reporting to Eric Deram, managing partner at Flexstone Partners, Boussem will lead the ESG team, steering Flexstone’s sustainability strategy and responsible investment approach.
Previously, Boussem served as head of ESG at Natixis Investment Managers Solutions and played a key role in the sustainable task force, contributing to affiliates’ sustainable journeys.
Commencing her professional journey in 2000, she initiated her career at Crédit Industriel et Commercial as a risk manager for credit products. In 2005, she transitioned to Natixis Group, where she assumed the role of senior risk manager in the investment bank and later at Natixis AM. Subsequently, she served as a consultant in the Portfolio Consulting Group of Natixis Investment Managers, assisting clients in constructing their portfolios.
Boussem also teaches sustainable investing at Dauphine and holds a master’s degree in probability and finance from the University of Paris 6. She is a CFA charter holder and has earned the CFA ESG investing certification.
