Investment manager Neuberger Berman has strengthened its EMEA alternatives capability with the appointment of Yahya Abdulla.
Based in London, Abdulla joins as an EMEA real estate product specialist and will work closely with the firm’s client coverage team to help investors navigate its range of private real estate investment offerings.
Before this role, Abdulla worked in international real asset capital raising and client relationship management at the CIM Group.
Manuel Kalbreier, head of alternative specialists EMEA at Neuberger Berman, commented: “As the investment landscape continues to evolve, we are witnessing accelerating client demand for our alternative strategies.”
Abdulla said he looked forward to engaging with clients across the region and working with the firm’s global teams to help clients achieve their real estate investment objectives.
