Switzerland-based Vontobel Asset Management has launched a multi-asset strategy for investors in the UK.
The Vontobel Fund II – Vescore Active Beta Opportunities provides UK clients with access to its existing diversified multi-asset portfolio, which has a long-term performance track record.
Following an absolute-return investment approach, the fund invests in global equities, government bonds, commodities, volatility factors and currencies.
The strategy seeks to achieve steady growth and a target annual volatility of 5%. Quantitative modelling is used to adapt asset allocation to different market conditions, Vontobel said.
