This deployment, facilitated through Citi as the sub-custodian, allows for direct and accurate communication between issuers and investors.
Proxymity Vote Connect streamlines the voting process by providing reliable and efficient investor communications, in line with the European Union’s Shareholder Rights Directive.
State Street said the initiative enhances the transparency and accuracy of proxy voting for its clients in these markets.
