Manulife Investment Management has appointed Nicole Kudlek to the newly-created role of managing director of sales and relationship management for Europe, Middle East and Africa (Emea) based in Germany.
Kudlek will be responsible for identifying business opportunities in the German institutional market as part of the firm’s initiative to expand its asset management business in German-speaking countrie and wider Emea.
Based in Manulife IM’s new German office in Frankfurt am Main, Kudlek will work closely and report directly to Christos Tsaravas, head of distribution Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Manulife IM.
Kudlek joins from Credit Suisse Asset Management in Frankfurt, where she was responsible for institutional sales among insurance companies, pension institutions and corporate treasuries. She also worked as head of structured products sales, heading up Central Europe operations and leading teams in London and Frankfurt.
