Vontobel Asset Management and Duff & Phelps have partnered on the launch of a fund that aims for income and capital gains from infrastructure.
The Vontobel Fund II – Duff & Phelps Global Listed Infrastructure fund was launched with $130 million in seed capital and invests globally in publicly traded companies.
The managers say the fund potentially offers stable income, capital appreciation, low risk, and long-term inflation protection.
“In the current low-yield environment, the quest for returns remains unbroken. With the launch of this fund, we are aiming to provide broad access to stable sources of returns and attractive long-term earnings growth potential at high liquidity levels,” said, Daniel Signer, global head of multi asset products.
