Ignis Asset Management has hired Graham Ashby, formerly the head of UK equities at LV= Asset Management, to work on its UK equity team.
Ashby will manage the Ignis UK Equity Income fund and be a key member of the UK equity team, which manages £5.7 billion in institutional mandates and unit trusts.
It is the latest appointment at the asset manager, following that of Mark Lovett as chief investment officer and Mark Holden as manager of the Ignis UK Focus fund.
