ETC Group, a European digital asset-backed securities provider, has listed DA20, the world’s first MSCI benchmarked crypto index ETP, on Euronext Paris.
The news follows its initial launch on Deutsche Börse XETRA in Germany.
The ETP tracks the MSCI Global Digital Assets Select Top 20 Capped Index, representing 20 leading digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
ETC Group said DA20 offers a diversified crypto market exposure to both private and institutional investors, with secure backing and independent transaction monitoring.
The listing was commemorated by ETC Group co-founders and COO ringing the opening bell at the Paris Stock Exchange.
Bradley Duke, co-founder of ETC Group, commented: “This product offers an efficient means to passively invest and diversify across the breadth of the crypto asset market through a single, regulated capital market product: DA20 covers approximately 85% of the crypto market, making it the most diversified product available.”
