Crestbridge has appointed Stacey Moody as a director in its corporate services team.
In her new role, Moody will support Crestbridge’s global corporate client base and work with the senior management to grow the company’s international administration, management & corporate governance solutions business.
Before joining Crestbridge, Moody led a corporate secretarial services team for a global corporate services provider in Australia. With a diploma in offshore finance and administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Moody has provided services to private equity and real estate funds and stock exchange-listed companies, among others.
Moody has specialised as a corporate company secretary in Jersey and Australia and has expertise in corporate governance.
