Crestbridge has appointed Anne Catherine Grave as country head of Luxembourg.
Based in Luxembourg, Grave will be responsible for leading the business in the region and will work to build the company’s reputation as a service provider for fund managers.
Grave joins Crestbridge from Deloitte, where she served as partner in charge of corporate secretarial services.
Prior to Deloitte, Grave had worked for trust and fund business Ocorian as partner and an executive director as well as Luxembourg law firm Arendt Services.
At Arendt, she was partner and EVP.
In total, she has over 20 years’ experience in private equity and real estate sectors.
The appointment comes as the company looks to advance its position both locally and internationally, having first set up in Luxembourg 11 years ago.

In May this year, Crestbridge appointed Alex Le Quesne as its group head of governance services.
Le Quesne, who joined from HSBC where he was relationship director, is in charge of the firm’s operational and financial performance in its global institutional governance solutions services division.
Several appointments have been made in recent months for the Luxembourg region.
In May, J O Hambro Capital Management appointed Frederic Lejeune as its managing director and country head for Frabelux (France, Belgium and Luxembourg).
The appointment is part of the asset manager’s push into the region, as it opens a new Paris office and creates a new corporate entity in France.
Similarly, in April, Maitland Fund Services appointed Jacolene Otto as its head of fund services in Luxembourg.
