Alternatives asset-servicer Citco has expanded its private markets offering to include services for US SEC registered entities accepting retail investors.
To spearhead the move, the US-based firm has appointed industry veteran Chris Shaw to lead its retail alternatives division.
With over 30 years’ experience in transfer agency servicing, Shaw joins from SS&C where he played a key role in the creation of its retail alts transfer agency.
