The UK regional local government pension pool LGPS Central has appointed Nemone Wynn-Evans as Non-Executive Director and Chair Elect of the Board.
Following the unanimous approval of shareholders, Wynn-Evans has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chair Elect of LGPS Central Limited to succeed Joanne Segars when her term of office ends after eight years as Chair at the end of October.
Nemone brings extensive leadership experience in financial services and energy sectors, having held Chair and non-executive roles at multiple regulated and listed entities.
She is currently Chair of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and holds directorships at Redmayne Bentley LLP, and Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc.
Her previous experience includes Chair of Shepherds Friendly Society and executive roles in corporate finance, investor relations, and governance. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
Nemone will formally take up the Chair role on 1 November 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
