BlackRock has appointed Paul Bucksey as head of defined contribution business development and client management.
Bucksey joins from Friends Life Corporate Benefits, where he was head of new business development.
Reporting to Steve Rumbles, the head of UK defined contributions, Bucksey is the latest in a number of key hires for this part of BlackRock’s business.
