Zendra, a specialist in active wealth, corporate & global expansion, fund solutions and pensions & incentives, has completed its acquisition of Polish accounting and corporate services provider Blackstones.
Blackstones will become a fully integrated part of Zedra and lead its operations in Poland.
Blackstones’ service offerings, including accounting & reporting, HR & payroll, company formation and corporate services, will now bolster Zedra’s corporate and global expansion strategy following its latest acquisition.
Zedra will integrate 178 new employees from Blackstone’s offices in Warsaw, Katowice, Bialystok, Radom, Bydgoszcz, and Torun, bringing its total workforce to over 1,200 experts across 16 key locations in Asia, Oceania, the Americas and Europe.
