WisdomTree has bolstered its presence in Ireland and the Channel Islands by appointing Eva Casey as the new director of sales for the regions.
This move marks the company’s first sales appointment dedicated to enhancing its footprint in these territories.
Eva Casey, who has accrued over a decade of expertise in the asset management sector, will operate from Dublin.
Her responsibilities, as outlined by WisdomTree, will encompass not only reinforcing existing partnerships but also expanding the company’s client base, particularly focusing on institutional and intermediary engagements.
She is set to report to Ravinder Azad, the head of UK & Ireland distribution at WisdomTree.
Prior to joining WisdomTree, Casey was a member of the institutional business development team at State Street Global Advisors, where her efforts were instrumental in broadening the Irish client portfolio.
Her industry experience is further substantiated by her previous tenure at Invesco, where she concentrated on ETF sales in the UK and Ireland. Her professional journey also includes roles at Société Générale and Aviva Investors.
Through this strategic hire, WisdomTree aims to deepen its distribution channels for its diverse range of financial products and fortify its business development strategies within the two regions.
