UK-based specialist fund services provider Waystone has appointed Alan Burke as chief people officer.
Burke will lead the HR team and be responsible for shaping and implementing the firm’s global people and culture strategy to support business objectives.
The firm’s business has also increased to over 1,700 staff across more than 20 offices globally. The firm shared that it expects Burke’s track record in HR strategy, culture and organisational transformation, leadership development and talent acquisition to support its next phase of growth.

Alan recently consulted at Vistra on HR transformation. Previously, he held senior roles at Citco, including global head of talent acquisition and global head of HR business partners/operations.
