Vanguard has reached a significant milestone, with its ETF assets under management (AUM) in Europe surpassing €100 billion.
The milestone follows strong inflows this year, totalling €13.4 billion in net new assets, positioning Vanguard as the fourth-largest ETF issuer in Europe by AUM.
The company has achieved this growth with a range of 34 products.
These investments are primarily in ETFs through German financial intermediaries and investment platforms.
“We have been particularly pleased by the flows from the German intermediary market,” stated a Vanguard spokesperson.
The German ETF market has experienced rapid growth, fuelled by the popularity of ETF savings plans among retail investors and the development of digital platforms.
Vanguard said it would continue to develop its range “in line with the needs and demands of our investors”.
