Frankfurt-based Universal Investment Group has appointment Ronan Doyle as Chief Product Officer and promoted André Jaeger to the role of Chief Risk Officer.
Doyle brings over 25 years of international experience in product innovation within the financial services industry and will lead the group’s product strategy across all units and jurisdictions, focusing on designing and implementing full lifecycle solutions that drive growth.
Previously, Doyle served as Managing Director and Global Head of Product Management at Caceis, where he managed Fund Services, Market Solutions, Custody and Private Equity & Real Estate Services. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Bank of Ireland, and Citi.
Jaeger has been with Universal Investment for over 20 years and has extensive executive risk management expertise and industry knowledge. He will drive the Group’s risk oversight and control strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing a strong second line of defence, and fostering a culture of proactive risk awareness across the business.
Both newly-created roles will report directly to Group CEO, Francesca McDonagh who said: “These appointments reflect our commitment to delivering best in class solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
