Zurich-headquartered UBS Asset Management has appointed Amanda Rebello as head of ETF and index fund sales, effective September 16, 2025.
Rebello succeeds industry veteran Clemens Reuter, who is retiring after a 15-year tenure at UBS.
Bringing leadership experience across active and passive ETFs, Rebello joins UBS AM from DWS, where she led Xtrackers Sales for US Onshore from New York. She previously held senior roles at BlackRock in London, including responsibility for ETF-linked structured product and derivatives sales across Europe, Middle East and Africa within the iShares division.
Rebello will be based in London and report to André Mueller, joining UBS AM’s client coverage management forum. She will work with Reuter during a transition period to maintain momentum, particularly following the launch of UBS AM’s first Active ETF and the development of its Core ETF range, which spans both equities and fixed income.
André Mueller, head of client coverage, UBS AM, commented: “Amanda’s appointment reflects our commitment to accelerating our growth in this strategically important area. I am confident that she is strongly positioned to take the business to the next level in this highly competitive space as we continue to evolve our offering and expand our capabilities globally.”
