City law firm Travers Smith has appointed Jeremy Dennison as a partner in its Private Equity & Financial Sponsors (PEFS) group and funds lawyer John Daghlian as a Senior Consultant within the firm’s Asset Management sector group.
Dennison rejoins Travers Smith from PE firm Livingbridge where he was a Partner & General Counsel with responsibility for overseeing legal, compliance and ESG matters.
He started his career at Travers Smith and worked at the firm for over eight years before joining Livingbridge in 2018.
Daghlian will be working closely with funds partners Tosin Adeyeri and Victoria Bramall with the aim of growing to grow the firm’s secondaries practice.
He has advised on some of the largest and most complex secondary transactions of the last few decades, handled a range of U.K. and international private equity-driven transactions, and advised both general partners and a number of major investors giving him authoritative insight into the issues both sides face.
