Fund services firm TMF Group has appointed Charlie Netherton as chief transformation officer, joining its executive committee.
In this role, Netherton will lead strategic change initiatives and report directly to CEO Mark Weil.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, including senior roles at Marsh and COMAC Capital, Netherton started his career at Oliver Wyman.
Netherton emphasised the importance of maintaining TMF Group’s industry leadership as the company continues its rapid growth. Weil noted that Netherton’s role is key to enhancing client relationships and adapting to a changing environment.
