Spring Capital Partners, a funds distribution partner to boutique asset managers, has appointed Anna O’Donoghue, formerly global head of product development and governance at Schroders, as its chief operating officer (COO).
O’Donoghue began her career in 2002 as a fund selector at IMS before holding similar positions at F&C and AXA Architas. In 2016 she was promoted to investment chief operating officer and three years later joined Schroders as head of operations and governance. She became global head of product development and governance in 2021. She held the role until her move to Spring Capital last week.
