Santander Asset Management UK has promoted Tom Caddick to chief investment officer to be based in their London office.
He was previously head of global multi asset solutions at Santander Asset Management.
Caddick takes over from David Stewart who previously held the role.
Toby Vaughan replaces Caddick as head of global multi asset solutions. He was previously head of fund management, global multi asset solutions at Santander.
Santander Asset Management UK has £7.4 billion (€8.3 billion) in assets under management.
