GAM has announced the appointment of Romain Miginiac as co-fund manager for its credit opportunities investment strategy, effective from 1 October 2023.
Miginiac will operate from Geneva, joining hands with current managers Anthony Smouha, Gregoire Mivelaz and Patrick Smouha.
The credit opportunities investment strategy, along with the GAM sustainable climate bond strategy, is managed by Atlanticomnium S.A., a Geneva-based firm specialising in credit investing since 1976.
The credit opportunities approach aims for consistently high yields from primarily investment-grade bonds.
Miginiac, in addition to his new role, continues as co-fund manager of the GAM sustainable climate bond strategy.
Before his tenure at Atlanticomnium, Miginiac served at Aberdeen Standard Investments and held positions at KPMG and UBS.
