Asset manager Robeco has bolstered its emerging market debt capabilities with the appointment of three lead portfolio managers: Diliana Deltcheva, Richard Briggs and Nicholas Sauer.
They will join the firm to complement its emerging markets offering with the launch of hard currency and local currency sovereign debt strategies during the second half of this year.
Nearshoring boosts investment in emerging markets
Diliana Deltcheva brings over two decades of experience, having held senior roles at Candriam and ING Investment Management. Richard Briggs, with nearly 15 years in emerging markets markets, has experience in managing emerging markets debt strategies, particularly in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Nicholas Sauer, also with extensive emerging markets experience, specialises in sustainable investing alongside his portfolio management responsibilities.
