RBC BlueBay Asset Management has appointed Fleur Dilton-Hill as Director of Business Development for the Middle East. Fleur will be based in London and report to Abhi Jain, Managing Director, Head of UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
Dilton-Hall has over fifteen years’ experience working with Middle East and UK institutional clients and most recently worked as an Associate Director for the Middle East & Africa Institutional team at Fidelity International where she was responsible for sales and building client relationships. She also previously worked at Orbis Investments where she managed relationships with investment consultants and UK institutional clients.
Commenting on this latest hire, Jain said, “We are thrilled to welcome Fleur to the team. Her strong experience and deep understanding of the Middle East institutional segment will be key as we expand our footprint and look to enhance relationships in this important growth region.”
She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from University of Oxford (BA Hons), and a master’s in Biotechnology for Emerging Economies from the University of Sussex (MSc). She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute.
