Iowa-based Principal Asset Management has appointed Julien Jaoui and Léa Peyran as Business Development Director and Business Development Manager respectively in the firm’s French real estate distribution team in Paris.
Prior to joining Principal, both Julien and Léa worked at Praemia REIM. Jaoui was most recently a manager in retail business development, responsible for the development of strategic partnerships with the distribution channels.
Peyran was a distribution relations manager in the retail division, where she developed new partnerships with distributors and managed on-going relationships.
