PGIM has announced Sunita Kara and Andre Klotz will join the firm as portfolio managers, reporting to Jonathan Butler, head of European leveraged finance.
Kara (pictured left) was most recently co-head of global high yield at Aviva Investors, helping lead a global high yield credit book across multiple funds. She has some 25 years of industry experience. Before Aviva, she was a senior ctredit analyst at Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings and an analyst at HM Treasury.
Klotz (pictured right) was previously co-head of EMEA high-yield trading and
strategy at Jefferies. He has held senior roles at SC Lowy, ALVA Capital, and Partners Group, and brings some 19 years of industry experience.
At PGIM they will be responsible for working with the investment team to manage European and global leveraged finance mandates, overseeing high-yield and bank loan portfolios.
