Pacific Asset Management (PAM) has announced the appointment of Sebastian Stewart as a partner and head of US institutional business development.
Based in the firm’s London office, he will report to global head of institutional sales, Mary Murphy.
Stewart, former partner and head of client services at Somerset Capital Management LLP, brings over a decade of experience to his new role. Additionally, he serves as chairman of the Independent Investment Management Initiative, a global platform representing specialist asset management firms.
Stewart commented: “PAM sets itself apart by ensuring that innovation and technology are embedded into the firm’s DNA, enabling it to adapt to the changing needs of investors around the world. This is crucial given the rate of change we continue to experience across our industry.”
