Ostrum Asset Management ( Ostrum AM), an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, has appointed Gaëlle Théaud-Gautheron as chief operating officer.
Théaud-Gautheron will assume her role on July 1, 2024. As a member of Ostrum AM’s executive committee and reporting directly to Olivier Houix, CEO, she will help optimise the key processes supporting the asset manager’s activities and client service.
Théaud-Gautheron will also ensure coordination with Natixis Investment Managers teams, as well as all external service providers. Additionally, she will support commercial and contractual relationships and coordinate the asset manager’s transformation initiatives.

Gaëlle Théaud-Gautheron has over 20 years in the financial sector. She began her career in 2000 at Bearing Point, rising to manager in the financial services practice. In 2005, she joined Société Générale CIB, eventually becoming global head of market operations before founding Théa Conseil, a business consulting and change management firm, in 2019. In 2021, she joined the BPCE Group as co-Head of organisation and transformation and later became managing partner at Natixis Global Financial Services. She is 47 and graduated from NEOMA Business School with a specialisation in finance.
