One Group Solutions has obtained its Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) and Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) licences in the UK, allowing the corporate services provider to expand its corporate secretarial services to UK-based clients.
The company said client feedback had informed its decision to expand into additional jurisdictions. The licences allow it to offer corporate secretarial services to existing and prospective UK clients.
