Neuberger Berman has appointed Gilles Drukier to the new role of head of insurance solutions in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Drukier joins the employee-owned investment manager from JP Morgan Asset Management where he was most recently managing director for its fixed income insurance and pensions solutions group.
Based in London, he reports to global head of insurance solutions Matt Malloy, and head of Emea and Latin America Dik van Lomwel.
He will be responsible for managing client relationships across the Emea region, working closely with existing regional client coverage teams.
Malloy called the appointment a “milestone” in the New York-headquartered firm’s growth strategy for its insurance solutions business.
