A quant specialist formerly of Aberdeen Standard Investments has joined Natixis Investment Managers in a new role to manage a team of analysts and engineers.
Ouaile El Fetouhi joins Natixis IM in London as head of portfolio engineering and analytics to develop the firm’s modelling and analytics.
At Aberdeen Standard he was head of multi-asset solutions modelling and had been with the firm, including Aberdeen Asset Management, since 2011.
Prior to this, he held investment manager roles at Man Group and Candriam across traditional and alternative asset classes with a bias towards quantitative and systematic investment strategies.
El Fetouhi reports to James Hughes, Natixis IM’s global head of solutions.
