Muzinich & Co has launched the Muzinich Global Market Duration Investment Grade fund, classified under Article 8 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
The fund will primarily invest in global investment grade bonds, referencing the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Corporate Index.
Co-head of public markets Tatjana Greil-Castro and portfolio manager Ian Horn will lead the investment team. Horn will also oversee the US and European segments of the fund with Anthony DeMeo, while Corentin Tarlier will be responsible for the portfolio analytics.
“Over the last 20 years, credit quality in the investment grade market has deteriorated. The BBB segment continues to grow, meaning credit analysis is only becoming more important,” Greil-Castro said. “We are well positioned to take advantage of this changing market dynamic, utilising active credit selection as the primary driver of return.”
