The former chief executive officer of State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) has joined the board of directors at Multifonds, which provides software for fund accounting, portfolio accounting and transfer agency.
William W Hunt, known as Bill, resigned as president and CEO of SSGA in January 2008 after three years in the job.
“Bill’s extensive experience in both the US and Asian markets makes him perfectly suited to help us continue the exciting growth trend at Multifonds,” said Oded Weiss, CEO of Multifonds.
Multifonds serves the majority of the world’s top ten custodians, according to the firm’s website. The firm aims to provide a single platform that handles all major asset classes and fund types.
