Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, the European private bank of the Geneva-based Mirabaud Group, has appointed Émilie Serrurier-Hoël as chief executive officer. Based in Luxembourg, she will head up the group’s European Wealth Management business.
Reporting directly to Nicolas Mirabaud, chairman of the board of directors of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA and managing partner of Mirabaud SCA, the Group’s holding company, Émilie Serrurier-Hoël will be responsible for the operational management of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, Mirabaud Group’s European wealth management platform in Luxembourg with branches in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia), France (Paris) and the United Kingdom (London). Her mission will be to steer the development of its activities in Europe and strengthen its efficiency and competitiveness.

Serrurier-Hoël has nearly 20 years of experience as a director and wealth management specialist in Luxembourg, most recently as a member of the executive committee since 2018, and since January 2024, director of the CEO’s office at BIL. She previously held a variety of management positions at the same bank, leading teams of up to 200 people, including head of wealth management, head of strategy, regulatory affairs, marketing and communication, head of process management & organisation. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School.
