London-based real estate and private equity investment firm Maya Capital has appointed Fredrik Elwing as a senior advisor to work on strategic advice and the raising of capital.
Elwing, who has worked in the real estate industry for the past 20 years, previously set up his own advisory company, Diem Capital Advisors, and was a managing director at EQT Advisory Partners UK LLP.
He has also worked for the US investment bank Greenhill & Co, where he was responsible for the private capital advisory group for Europe, and for Credit Suisse.
Said David Pralong, Maya Capital’s managing partner: “Having recently been instrumental to the fundraising of a pan-European investment fund, Fredrik brings considerable capital raising experience, which will support our growth ambitions.”
