Mattioli Woods, a wealth management and employee benefits firm managing over £15 billion in assets, has selected T. Rowe Price, a global asset manager, to develop an income-focused model portfolio for its clients.
The initiative seeks to capitalise on the opportunities in income-generating assets, which have become more appealing following recent low interest rates and yields.
The partnership with T. Rowe Price is a part of Mattioli Woods’ strategy to expand its range of investment solutions, which already includes diversified portfolios, bespoke strategies and specialist funds.
The new income portfolio is designed to enhance Mattioli Woods’ existing income strategies, such as Custodian REIT, Property Securities Fund and Income Structured Products. It is aligned with their plan to provide clients with more investment options.
T. Rowe Price sees this collaboration as an opportunity to increase its presence in the UK market. The model portfolio will be overseen by Yoram Lustig and Michael Walsh from T. Rowe Price, in close collaboration with Dean Cheeseman from Mattioli Woods.
