Asset manager M&G has appointed a former Schroders veteran Massimo Tosato as a non-executive director.
Tosato took up the post last week and also becomes member of M&G plc board and a member of the remuneration committee.
He will also chair of M&G Group Limited, the asset management business of M&G plc.
Tosato is a board member of Banca Intermobiliare and a former executive vice chairman of Schroders plc and chief executive of Schroder Investment Management Limited.
In 2017 Tosato became a non-executive director at Pictet Asset Management.
