Langham Hall, a provider of fund administration, depositary and Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive services, has strengthened its Luxembourg team with two senior hires.
Ian Kent has been appointed head of fund administration – Luxembourg, while Brian Campion has joined as head of commercial – Luxembourg.
Kent, a fellow chartered accountant, has 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s alternative investment sector. His career spans roles at KPMG, Morgan Stanley, Abrdn, and a global bank, where he supported clients with complex cross-jurisdictional structures. Kent will lead Langham Hall’s Luxembourg fund administration practice, covering all illiquid asset classes.
Luxembourg’s ESG funds rebound, led by retail investors
Campion began his career as an auditor at EY Luxembourg before working with an independent alternative investment fund manager. Most recently, he advised clients on Luxembourg operating models and regulatory frameworks at another service provider. Campion also serves as co-chair of the Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LPEA) Promotion Sounding Board. At Langham Hall, he will lead the commercial team, focusing on advising clients during the setup and operation of funds in Luxembourg.
