UK-based wealth manager Kingswood Holdings has appointed Richard Klein as head of alternatives and distribution.
In the newly-created role Klein, a former Merrill Lynch executive, is expected to expand Kingswood’s offerings in alternative investments and enhance its distribution channels.
He will also focus on providing clients with access to capital-protected, yield-enhanced strategies with offerings private equity, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, liquids and credit.
Klein will join Kingswood in March as a partner and managing director and will sit on the firm’s executive and investment committees.
