Siobhan Clarke, chief investment operations officer at Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), will join the panel ‘AI as Your Next Best Colleague?’ at FundsTech Forum 2025, taking place on April 29 in London.
In the panel (11:15–11:50), Siobhan will join industry peers to explore how asset managers can work alongside AI — from real-world automation to predictive analytics — and discuss the cultural and operational shifts required to adopt AI effectively.

With three decades of experience in technology, strategy, innovation, and operations across global investment firms, Siobhan leads RLAM’s investment and distribution services teams, driving improvements in operating models, process excellence, and data and technology-led initiatives.
Before joining RLAM, Siobhan held senior roles at M&G Investments, Schroders, Henderson Global Investors, and Threadneedle Asset Management, where she led international expansion and operational transformation.
She has also contributed to key industry initiatives, including as a member of the Bank of England’s “Future of Finance” Panel, chair of the BoE Client Onboarding working group, and co-chair of the FCA and BoE’s “Risk-Free Rate Working Group” Infrastructure sub-group.
