Paris-based asset manager Infranity, part of Generali Investments, has launched an open-ended evergreen infrastructure ELTIF catering to Private Wealth investors.
The fund aims to offer exposure to a large and diversified base of essential European Core+ Equity assets supported by global energy, digital and demographic megatrends.
It offers investors the opportunity to contribute to the development of established infrastructure platforms with growth potential that promote sustainability characteristics. It will co-invest alongside the institutional flagship strategies of Infranity investing more than €2.5bn per year in highly selected assets in Europe.
Philippe Benaroya, CEO and Managing Partner, Infranity: “Private wealth investors are increasingly seeking access to infrastructure investments with the same quality, discipline and sustainability credentials as large institutions. Our Fund is designed to meet that need, pairing an evergreen open-ended format with our well-established strategies investing in energy transition and vital digital, mobility and environmental services.”
