London-based investment manager Hosking Partners has promoted Omar Malik from an analyst role to portfolio manager.
Malik joined Hosking Partners in 2022 having previously worked for six years as an analyst at Wellington Management, and previously at Pimco and M&G Investments.
Senior partner James Batting said: “I look forward to watching Omar and team drive exceptional returns over the coming years as they apply our capital cycle approach at a moment when opportunities abound within global stock markets.”
Hosking Partners LLP is a partner-owned investment management company with assets under management of approximately $5.6 billion.
