Harvest Fund Management and Grosvenor Fund Management have jointly launched a real estate fund management business investing in the Greater China region.
Led by Rong Ren, Harvest Real Estate Investments will manage strategies for investors globally, through the creation of both dollar-denominated and renminbi-denominated funds.
In a statement, the asset managers said their new business would seek to identify attractive real estate opportunities across multiple sectors within the region.
Harvest Real Estate Investments will target both international investors and domestic investors in China. At the same time, it plans to make global real estate opportunities available to domestic investors in China.
