Tom leads the investment operations and changes agenda for Hargreaves Lansdown Fund Managers, a separate legal entity of Hargreaves Lansdown. With over 26 years of experience in technology and operations within financial services, and more than 30 years in technology and change management, Tom brings deep expertise in driving transformation across major organisations.
During the ‘Modernising Legacy Brands in the Age of Digital Disruption’ panel (12:10–12:45), Tom will explore how asset managers can adapt to the fintech era — balancing the need to modernise their brands and engage digitally native audiences, while preserving the trust and recognition built with long-standing clients.
