HarbourVest Partners, the Boston-based private markets investment specialist, has appointed Michelle Han as Head of Global ex-US Marketing.
Based in London, Michelle joined the firm on 1 September 2025 to lead the firm’s marketing strategy and execution across EMEA, APAC, as well as Canada and LATAM. She will report into chief marketing officer Ray Ahn.
She brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in building high-performing teams and delivering brand and client engagement strategies across diverse geographies. She joins from Schroders, where she was Global Head of Growth & Digital Marketing. Prior to this she held senior marketing roles at Capital Group and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
